Ja, det gor en del av FN - namligen specialrapportoren Yakin
Erturk som ska bevkaa och motverka vald mot kvinnor.
Jag vet inte om Susanne Dodillet har last Erturks rapport efter besoket i Sverige?
Da skulle hon se att specialrapportoren vill att sexkopslagen ska utvarderas for att man ska lara sig av dess effekter, ex vis om svenska man minskat sina sexkop utomlands, om sexkopslagen haft effekt pa trafficking, pa vald mot prostituerade.
Sjalvklart far val Dodilledt vara emot kriminalisering av torskars handlande, men att gomma sina argument bakom pahittade/slarvlasta
Det är CEDAW på FN som i sina rapporter återkommande har framfört exakt den kritik som Susanne framför. sök på CEDAW på min blogg så hittar du citat från de här rapporterna.
CEDAW ocksa... men aven rapportoren om vald emot kvinnor som jag citerar. Eller menar du att jag hittade pa hennes citat?;-)
hennes forsta halva av meningen stamer ju exakt overens med vad Dodillet skrev under texten om vad FN vill. Men varfor tog inte Dodillet med andra halvan av meningen?

jag letar pa din blogg och skriver jag CEDAW i sokrutan sa blir det inget napp. inte mer an tva inlagg dar CEDAW inte ens namns.
Men gar jag till CEDAWS senaste concluding observations - fran den 40e sasongen - sa hittar jag
p 30 "The Committee is also concerned at the occurrence of
trafficking in girls, prostitution and related issues committed by Swedish citizens
abroad."
Varfor i all friden skulle det oroa CEDAW att svenska man koper sex utomlands om de skulle pa nat satt vara emot att det lagstiftats emot sexkop i Sverige?
Vidare ...i punkt 32. "While noting the information provided by the delegation that an evaluation of
the prohibition of prostitution, including the effects of the 1999 Law on Purchase of
Sexual Services, is scheduled for 2008, the Committee regrets the lack of
information and data on the prevalence of prostitution in the State party, including
clandestine prostitution."
o punkt 33 med rekommendationen:
"33. The Committee requests the State party to provide full information and
data on the exploitation of prostitution of women in its next periodic report,
including clandestine prostitution. The State party should also provide
information on the results of the upcoming evaluation of its policy with respect
to prostitution, including the impact on women in prostitution as well as on the
demand side of the sexual services, and on the measures taken to follow up on
the results of the evaluation. The State party is encouraged to continue
formulating strategies and programmes to prevent women from entering
prostitution and establish programmes of rehabilitation and support for women
and girls who wish to discontinue their lives in prostitution, including
information on and support in relation to alternative livelihood options."

ps.. CEDAW skriver inte rapporter som du pastar. Det ar stater som har ratificerat CEDAW konventionen som skriver rapporter om hur de tillampar konventionen - CEDAW kommitten i sin tur granskar rapporterna och ger s k concluding observations.

Är 2001 i den 24: och 25:e rapporten skrev de t.ex. så här:
“While welcoming the criminalization of the purchase of sexual services, the Committee expresses concern that this might have increased the incidence of clandestine prostitution, thereby rendering prostitutes more vulnerable. It also expresses concern that Sweden has become a country of destination for trafficked women.
The Committee encourages the Government to evaluate the effect of the current policy of criminalizing the purchase of sexual services, especially in view of the complete lack of data on clandestine prostitution which might have incidental effects on the trafficking of women and girls.”
I sin senaste rapport så här:

jag har ju klistrat in samma text som du - fast jag vet ju att CEDAW inte skriver rapporter.
Det ar staten - d v s Sverige som skriver rapporter - som sedan CEDAW ger sina kommentarer s k concluding observations pa.
men hur i all friden far du det hela till att CEDAW skulle vara kritisk mot sexkopslagen?????
